Installation:1. The controller must be installed in the car through dry place, connected according to wiring diagram circuit to ensure thecorrect line connection and the connection joint is connected in correct place 2. In the first installation of automatic step, the controller require to detect the lifting range of motion and record relevant data. Installation methods are as follows:* First, close the doors on both sides, then connect the controller power. At this time, the step will be automatically retracted. Then press the install button, the controller will automatically install and record the related data. After the installation is complete, indicator light is often bright, said installation record data is completed, if the light flashes, said installation record data failure, need to check the connection line is correct, then be installed according to the above steps again.3. When any of the same side of the door is opened (front or back), the step will open, only the front and rear doors are closed, the step will put away.4. When the same side of the door closing, the step retracting and encountered obstacles, the step will automatically start down, then need to clear obstacles and shut the door to make the step fold up.5. Under the normal working state, the indicator light of controller is often bright, if the controller is abnormal , the indicator light flashes at a frequency of 0.1 seconds , said hall signal error, then required to detect the signal line. If the light flashes at a frequency of 0.5 seconds , the controller or the motor is abnormal , need to power unplug 3 seconds and then reconnect the power supply, check whether the controller to work properly , if still not working properly, need to contact advisory staff to solve.
